Flamboyant, outrageous, fantasy garments such as balloon skirts, chain dresses, disk hats, decorative basques and delicious accessories, created either entirely or partially out of chocolate. Usually crafted out of dark chocolate (because it doesn’t melt so easily), displays of haute chocure have become a familiar feature at trade fairs for the chocolate industry, especially at the yearly Salon du Chocolat.
